Job Summary
Own the full contract lifecycle workflow, from intake and routing to signature collection and storage, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Proofread NDAs, vendor agreements, and internal memos, flagging items requiring attorney review before they become problems. Manage the legal team's calendars, regulatory filing deadlines, and compliance milestones so the team is never caught off guard. Triage incoming legal requests from across the company, assess urgency, and route them to the right person with the right context. Maintain clean, organized filing systems for all legal documents and compliance records so anyone on the team can find what they need immediately. - Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities can shift and the playbook isn't always written yet
- Proven track record of building or improving operational systems, such as filing structures, intake workflows, or contract trackers, that colleagues actually adopt and use
- Experience supporting senior attorneys or legal executives and handling confidential information with discretion
Desired Qualifications
- (Plus) Prior experience at a crypto or fintech company with exposure to the regulatory environment that comes with it
- (Plus) Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools like Ironclad, or project and documentation tools like Notion
