Job Summary
Evaluate the relevance of legal data based on case facts and applicable laws, conducting detailed page-by-page reviews of documents and evidence. Maintain and organize legal materials, including electronically stored information in databases, spreadsheets, emails, and manual files. Summarize, tab, highlight, and chart pertinent information to create discovery listings and privilege logs. Assess documents for privilege status under client-attorney communication or work product doctrines, then edit or redact sensitive content as needed. Requires one year of legal clerical experience and a high school diploma or GED.
