Job Summary

EMEA Employment Counsel role within Workday's Employment Legal Team. Lead advisory on employment matters across EMEA, mentor teams on compliance, investigations, and dispute resolution; draft and review employment agreements and policies; oversee pre-litigation and litigation strategies; support M&A-related employee issues; partner with People & Purpose and cross-functional teams to enable growth while upholding fairness and integrity. Requires senior legal experience across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, strong risk assessment skills, and ability to deliver practical, business-aligned legal guidance.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in at least one EMEA jurisdiction
  • 10+ years of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on EMEA jurisdictions
