Job Summary
Legal Customer Success Consultant responsible for creating preference and active users within law schools in an assigned territory by assessing needs, developing school- and firm-specific business plans, and promoting LexisNexis products/services. Responsibilities include acting as a consultative sales partner across all law-school levels (students, faculty, librarians, leadership), developing strategic account plans, demonstrating deep product or practice-area knowledge, delivering specialized customer presentations to communicate value propositions and differentiators, conducting research and sharing insights with product/marketing, and developing/executing marketing strategies to meet the needs of students, faculty, and staff at law schools. Requires Juris Doctorate and 1-2 years of practice experience; emphasizes excellent verbal/written communication, stakeholder coordination, professional demeanor, and flexibility in work hours.
