Legal Counsel

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while partnering with stakeholders to identify risks and enable commercial outcomes. Manage contract processes, approvals, and documentation to ensure efficient deal execution, and support relationships with external counsel for specialist advice. Support day-to-day compliance activities including data protection processes, vendor assessments, and maintaining compliance records. Help develop policies, training, and guidance, and assist with corporate governance activities such as Board materials and filings. Improve legal processes, templates, tools, and workflows as the business scales to build a modern, efficient legal function. Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Security, Finance, and People teams to support growth while managing legal, regulatory, and compliance risks.
