Job Summary
Negotiate and administer contracts for Trintech's US new customer base while ensuring all agreements comply with corporate policy. Prepare, revise, and track client and vendor contracts within the contracts database, providing internal business units with status updates on risk and compliance. Assist colleagues with contract interpretation and participate in developing department procedures and timelines. Manage conflicting priorities and communicate concise contract provisions to maintain consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and current admission to the Texas Bar in good standing or other U.S. jurisdiction
- 5-7 years of contract administration and contract negotiation experience
- knowledge of standard contract terms and legal terminology
- Strong organizational, reading comprehension, and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe including editing functions
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce contracts and library functions
- Strong time management skills to include the ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities in managing a wide variety of projects, demonstrate initiative, accountability and see assignments through to completion
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and managers
- Customer centric, self-motivated, and proactive
- Ability to handle multiple contract requests in fast-paced, team environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
