Job Summary
Legal Counsel in Samsung Austin Semiconductor's Legal Transactions Group. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to support advanced semiconductor fabrication facilities across multiple sites, focusing on vendor/supplier and procurement contracts (e.g., EPC, equipment and materials supply, services, and confidentiality agreements). Advise management on legal risks throughout the contract lifecycle; manage routine legal processes with paralegals; stay updated on legal changes impacting semiconductor facilities and related contracts; continuously improve legal operations, including processes, forms, software, policies, and guidebooks; establish cross-functional relationships to solve problems affecting multiple stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Must have JD degree with at least 5 years of relevant legal experience
- Must be licensed to practice law in Texas, or eligible for in-house practice in Texas
