Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel – Commercial Aviation Contracting to join the General Counsel team in Civil Aerospace. Provide contract and commercial legal subject matter support for Customer Team activities across the Commercial Aviation Contracting group, with a degree of international travel to support customer negotiations. Deliver timely, cost-effective legal advice; manage risk across transactions; help develop precedent documents, fallback positions, and playbooks; participate in training and knowledge sharing; manage external law firm interactions; build strong internal relationships across businesses and functions. Preferred: qualified and practicing lawyer with 5+ years PQE, contracting experience in Civil Aerospace, strong interpersonal, diplomacy, communication, influencing and negotiations skills, and the ability to work under own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
