Job Summary
Commercial Lawyer role with Rolls-Royce SMR in the UK offices (Derby, Manchester or Warrington). Responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including terms of business, NDAs, MoUs, and bespoke service and supply-side agreements; provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracts with business objectives; draft and review contracts, policies, and data addendums; review contracts and identify key legal risks; requires UK qualification to practice and post-qualification experience; includes BPSS/DBS/sprobity checks as part of the application process and offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with the right to work and eligible to practice in the UK
- Good academic credentials and post-qualification experience
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills across a broad range of commercial agreements
