Job Summary
Legal Counsel, Property & Construction responsible for providing proactive legal advisory across the Property Services Group, negotiating and drafting agreements, policies, processes and tender documents, developing and delivering business-focused training, maintaining template documents, and coordinating external legal advice. Requires substantial property/construction legal experience, strong stakeholder collaboration, confidentiality, autonomous and fast-moving teamwork, and a current practicing certificate under the Legal Profession Uniform Law; hybrid arrangements from Melbourne CBD campus.
