Job Summary
Draft and refine contract redlining rules for AI and Contract Lifecycle Management implementations while serving as the subject matter expert in client meetings. Act as the voice of the lawyer for tech teams by testing and providing feedback to improve AI-powered legal tools. Develop and lead training sessions on contract management and negotiation best practices for international service teams. Manage in-house client and supplier contracts, monitor compliance, and handle corporate governance matters. Split time between 80% external consulting and 20% internal counsel duties. Work from the modern office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual expert bridging the gap between traditional law and technology
- Expertise in Legal AI
- Expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Ability to draft and refine contract redlining rules
- Ability to serve as a subject matter expert in client meetings
- Ability to test and provide feedback to improve AI-powered legal tools
- Ability to develop and lead training sessions on contract management and negotiation best practices
- Ability to manage client and supplier contracts
- Ability to monitor compliance
- Ability to handle corporate governance matters
- Ability to work in a Manila-based Legal Centre of Excellence (CoE)
- Ability to split time between architecting AI-powered contract solutions and providing core in-house legal support
