Job Summary
Negotiate outsourcing agreements, ensure compliance with outsourcing, data protection and privacy regulations (EU GDPR), conduct and document data protection risk assessments (Data Protection Impact Assessments), coordinate input for risk assessments across locations, and monitor developments in outsourcing and data protection laws to improve the outsourcing and data protection framework.
Required Qualifications
- University law degree
- Solid knowledge of data protection law, in particular EU GDPR
- Experience in negotiating third-party agreements and advising on outsourcing and data protection matters (3+ years)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Hands-on, fast-paced environment experience
