Job Summary
Legal Counsel, Operations responsible for end-to-end contracting for operational activities (NDAs, MSAs, site-level EAP and non-interventional study agreements) and building scalable legal operations. Draft, review, and negotiate a range of agreements; develop standard templates and clause libraries; ensure GDPR-compliant data processing terms; collaborate with Operations, Privacy and Compliance teams; provide clear, practical guidance to non-legal stakeholders; support a fast-paced, international scale-up with a focus on operational contracting and risk management. Role aligned with Amsterdam-based office, with hybrid remote/work model; requires qualified lawyer with 4+ years post-qualification experience; UK admission advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer; admission to practice in the UK is a distinct advantage.
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience in operational, commercial, or transactional contracting.
- Experience in life sciences, CRO, or health tech sector or exposure to pharmaceutical or clinical operations contracting.
- Hands-on expertise in drafting and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, service agreements, and data processing agreements.
