Legal Counsel of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs

Job Summary
Structure, draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements, including physician arrangements, technology contracts, and revenue partnerships, ensuring compliance with federal and state healthcare laws. Serve as legal counsel on privacy, data governance, and regulatory issues arising from commercial transactions, strategic partnerships, and digital health initiatives. Advise business leaders on information blocking, interoperability, TEFCA, and data-sharing arrangements while monitoring evolving regulations. Partner with Information Security and compliance teams to address cybersecurity, vendor risk, and contractual protections for sensitive information. Support enterprise technology transactions, including SaaS, cloud services, and AI-enabled services, with emphasis on risk allocation and regulatory adherence.
