Legal Counsel (m/w/x)

Draft and negotiate contracts for R&D, procurement, and sales within international and dynamic environments. Provide legal counsel to business units on economic and corporate matters, supporting management decisions and handling claims assertion and defense. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and assist in implementing new legislation. This role serves as a liaison to the central legal and patent function. Two law degrees or equivalent international qualifications are required, along with extensive knowledge of IP, commercial, and corporate law.
