Job Summary
Legal Counsel (m/f/d) with focus on corporate law and M&A supporting international corporate governance, structuring, and contract compliance. Involves leading due diligence, drafting/negotiating complex German/English transactional documents (founders’ agreements, joint ventures, shareholders agreements), advising internal stakeholders (Finance, Business Development, Vertrieb, Einkauf), and developing standardized governance templates and processes to enable scalable structures for an international company in the field of unmanned aerial systems (sUAV).
Required Qualifications
- Volljurist:in oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftsrecht (LL.B./LL.M.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste relevante Berufserfahrung (mind. 2 Jahre) im Bereich Corporate / M&A / Gesellschaftsrecht in einer Kanzlei oder einem internationalen Unternehmen
- Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Transaktionen, Finanzierungsrunden oder komplexen Corporate-Projekten von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Gesellschafts- und Vertragsrecht
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und unternehmerisches Denken
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert zu strukturieren
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
