Job Summary
Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts while identifying risks and proposing business-oriented solutions. Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation across multiple jurisdictions and technical considerations. Monitor export control regulations and contribute to the continuous development of the export control compliance framework, including conducting internal training. Collaborate closely with commercial teams and technical specialists to ensure efficient processes and adherence to company policies. This role supports Terma's defense and aerospace business by securing people through advanced technology, requiring a Master's degree in Law and 4-6 years of experience in commercial contracts.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Law (cand.jur. or equivalent) with strong legal training
- 4-6 years of experience working with complex commercial contracts and legal advisory
- Experience from a law firm and/or an international, technology-driven, or regulated industry (e.g., defense, aerospace, energy or similar)
- A strong understanding of commercial agreements and risk allocation, with the ability to balance legal and commercial considerations
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Danish and English
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute actively to a team where knowledge sharing and social engagement are part of our culture
- You are a proactive and solution-oriented legal professional with an eye for detail
- You are curious about technology and motivated to develop within regulatory areas such as export control
- Confirm that you can obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defense Intelligence Service
- All adults in your household are not posing any risk to the related risk-evaluation
- Have as a minimum stayed within NATO/EU/MISWG countries for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad
- Have not committed serious criminal offences
