Legal Counsel (Live Productions, US / UK Qualified)

Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on agreements across content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements while improving contract templates. Support business and production teams by identifying legal risks, designing mitigation strategies, and facilitating smooth event execution across multiple jurisdictions. Conduct legal research to deliver actionable guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory matters. Manage diverse projects, oversee contract workflows, and assist with incident management and dispute resolution. Prepare internal templates, guides, and documents, and deliver training and presentations to employees and the Legal Department. Report to the Legal Director and work closely with Originals teams to ensure alignment with local laws and regulations.
