Job Summary
Legal Counsel / Legal Manager to provide strategic legal advice across commercial agreements, regulatory matters, and corporate governance; manage relationships with external advisers and regulators; ensure compliance across key markets including Hong Kong and the UK; draft, review, and negotiate contracts; advise product development on regulatory risks; manage legal risks and develop policies; oversee dispute resolution and legal proceedings as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with admission to practice in Hong Kong, the UK, or equivalent jurisdiction
- 3+ years of legal experience in fintech/financial services/technology sectors
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to fintech and payments in Hong Kong and the UK
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High ethical standards and professional integrity
