Job Summary
Legal Counsel to Krafton responsible for general corporate matters, corporate governance, intercompany and tax issues, subsidiary formation, employee equity plans for subsidiaries, and drafting/negotiating commercial, services, marketing, development, licensing, and technology agreements. Will support integrations of acquired studios, collaborate with global teams, develop scalable legal processes, and provide cross-region counsel, including employment matters and interaction with outside counsel. The role emphasizes drafting, negotiation, and advisory duties in a highly collaborative, global entertainment/gaming environment.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 4–6 years of relevant experience, including top-tier law firm experience or in-house counsel experience with a global company
