Legal Counsel – IT & Data Protection (all genders)

Job Summary
Provide independent legal advice on data protection matters in day-to-day business and on strategic topics at the intersection of IT and e-commerce. Support the development and implementation of e-commerce projects, IT systems, business processes, and contracts at national and international levels. Advise on general legal matters relating to e-commerce and provide data protection support on complex transactions and restructurings. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments and external law firms while working directly with the Director of Legal & Compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed law studies and passed both German State Examinations in Law
- ideally with at least one exam graded 'fully satisfactory' (vollbefriedigend) or above
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
