Job Summary
Legal Counsel providing cross-border legal support in up to three countries, advising on civil, commercial, consumer, marketing/advertising, and digital law; reviewing contracts and policies; monitoring regulations; ensuring compliance; supporting marketing campaigns; collaborating with cross-functional teams on regional and global projects. Requires 5+ years in-house or law firm experience supporting IT or tech companies; expertise in civil, commercial, consumer, and media/advertising law; fintech/digital platforms regulation experience is a plus. Proficiency in English (C1–C2) or equivalent with local language proficiency required; international environments experience is advantageous.
