Job Summary
Negotiate and draft contractual arrangements, licensing structures, and exchange rules while conducting regulatory analysis and research across diverse matters. Participate in product launches and development projects, assist with data protection and privacy initiatives, and support multiple departments within a UK and cross-jurisdictional context. Bolster team knowledge of legal developments and trends through independent decision-making on routine legal matters. The role requires an English-qualified lawyer (NQ – 4PQE) with desirable experience in MiFID, EMIR, REMIT, and the derivatives industry, reporting to the London Legal Department.

- English qualified lawyer (NQ – 4PQE)
- Experience and willingness to work and make decisions independently on routine legal matters
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in regulation that specifically touches exchange trading and clearing like MiFID, EMIR and REMIT
- Experience in banking/finance/treasury and/or in the provision of regulatory advice
- Experience in the derivatives industry (including commodities and financial) and trading
- Experience of working in-house in a highly regulated environment
