Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel role providing support across telecom, energy, IT, and cloud services. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts (Sales Framework, Distribution, Participation, Implementation; Procurement T&Cs, FPA, MPA, PPA), developing templates and internal guidelines, and supporting compliance topics (Labor, Environment, Anti-Bribery - Sapin 2). Handles disputes and pre-litigation matters, supports claim management training, and contributes to Huawei's Compliance Program. Requires excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills with strong commercial sense, and fluent written and spoken English and French. Must be autonomous and proactive in a fast-paced multinational environment. Offers professional development across Europe and eligibility to work in Boulogne-Billancourt, France.
