Job Summary
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while partnering with stakeholders to provide practical legal advice on day-to-day matters. Manage corporate housekeeping, support M&A projects, and develop templates and playbooks that leverage AI for efficiency. Build relationships with external counsel and translate evolving legal developments into clear, actionable guidance for the business. This broad, hands-on role reports to the General Counsel, helping teams navigate risk in a fast-moving tech environment. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with German as a plus. Applications will be reviewed starting in August.
Required Qualifications
- Swedish law degree
- 2–3 years of relevant experience from a law firm or an in-house legal team
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience of, or a genuine interest in, working across a broad range of legal matters rather than specializing in one area
- A practical, business-oriented approach
- The ability to turn legal complexity into clear, actionable advice
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Natural ability to build trust across technical and commercial teams
- Confidence to work independently in a high-growth tech environment
- Sound legal judgement
- A pragmatic mindset
- Qualified lawyer
