Job Summary
Lead contract drafting and negotiations for commercial agreements while advising on regulatory, intellectual property, employment, and international issues. Independently manage a broad spectrum of legal matters central to company growth, including strategic transactions and global corporate administration. Collaborate cross-functionally with revenue, marketing, People/HR, programs, finance, engineering, and product teams to refine scalable legal processes. Support public company readiness in a fast-paced technology environment focused on AI-driven post-purchase solutions for retailers.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an A.B.A.-accredited law school
- 3-5 years of experience at a top law firm
- in-house experience
- admitted to and in good standing with a state bar
- Strong judgment
- critical thinking
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- proactive, solutions-oriented approach to legal challenges
