Job Summary
Assist operational teams on distribution law and contract drafting, including the negotiation and updating of company distribution contracts. Provide daily operational legal support via a dedicated hotline for competition law issues and advise on commercial, competition, and consumer law matters. Implement and oversee the Group's overall training program on competition law by identifying key teams, developing customized training materials, and facilitating sessions. Manage participant follow-up and prepare activity reports for senior management regarding the competition program.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a legal counsel or similar legal advisory role
- Ideally within a corporate or in-house environment
- Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and drafting contracts
- Familiarity with group standards and legal requirements relevant to the business
- Strong knowledge of competition and distribution law
- Solid general understanding of business law and commercial contracts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good organizational skills
