Job Summary
Legal Counsel focused on enterprise contract management and risk at Perrigo. Provides strategic legal support for global procurement and sales contracting, drafts, negotiates, and closes a wide range of agreements (customer, vendor, procurement), manages contract lifecycle tools, and develops templates and playbooks. Partners with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Information Security, and Data Protection; applies AI redlining tools; handles non-standard agreements and risk assessment, and supports cross-functional business initiatives in a hybrid work setup.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in enterprise contracting, preferably with drug or healthcare companies or equivalent experience in a law firm
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements including vendor contracts, customer agreements, and strategic partnerships
- Experience using and managing contract playbooks and clause libraries
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to use and adapt to technology solutions
- Strong ability to evaluate legal and commercial risks while providing practical, business-focused advice
