Job Summary
Legal Counsel with 12 to 15 years of experience, based in Hyderabad, India, to provide strategic and business-oriented legal support across renewable energy projects and corporate operations. Responsibilities include advising on land due diligence, litigation, regulatory compliance, contracts, dispute resolution, governance, and legal risk management; handling land laws, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters across Solar, Wind, and Green Hydrogen sectors; drafting and negotiating contracts; managing litigation, arbitration, and claims; ensuring governance and compliance; liaising with government authorities and external counsels; and leading/mentoring the legal team. The role also notes openness to considering individuals who have retired or wish to return to the industry. Strong expertise in land acquisition, title verification, IPP frameworks, and procurement/ vendor management is required.
Desired Qualifications
