Job Summary
Legal Counsel to ensure regulatory compliance with MASAK, SPK, and other authorities; draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; manage legal processes with internal and external stakeholders; revise policies to enhance compliance and ethics; collaborate with product, compliance, and customer-relations teams on regulatory and commercial matters.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience at a brokerage or investment firm
- Knowledge of SPK regulations and compliance processes
- Experienced in corporate law, commercial law, capital markets law, and personal data protection law
- Advanced experience in contract negotiation and drafting
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced proficiency in English
