Job Summary
Draft and negotiate subcontracts, variations, and claims while providing proactive monitoring of contractual rights and obligations. Deliver legal advice to all departments regarding tendering, contracts, and corporate law issues, collaborating closely with in-house specialists, Insurance, Finance, and Compliance teams. Manage general contract management strategy and interact with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper contracting and negotiation. This role requires a Law Degree and Master's in Law, with a preference for offshore or capital infrastructure experience. Desired Qualifications
- preferably but not necessarily construction law and/or contracting law
- previous working experience as a contract manager in offshore (wind) construction or capital infrastructure
- preferably as a second language German or French
