Job Summary
Legal Counsel for Anduril’s Connected Warfare division to provide legal support for US Government and commercial contracts, including overseeing proposals, data rights, contract structures, licensing, bid protests, IP, compliance, and related risk management. Partners with customers, outside counsel, and business teams; focuses on government procurement, licensing, and employment-law matters across software and hardware products. Requires 4+ years in government contracts, CA or DC bar, and U.S. Person status. Role entails managing the acquisitions lifecycle, negotiations, and regulatory compliance; opportunities to influence strategy and engage with government agencies.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of work on US Government contracts matters
- solid understanding of government procurement processes including contract vehicles and CAS
- ability to own multiple projects end-to-end
- strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- quick learner and independent performer
- licensed to practice law in CA or DC
- must be a U.S. Person due to access to export controlled information or facilities
