Job Summary
Legal Counsel for commodity trade finance supporting finance and commercial agreements; drafts, reviews, and negotiates master discounting, credit insurance, and repo-financing agreements; coordinates with external counsel, ensures compliance, develops templates/guidelines, and prepares memos for knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications
- Proven legal experience in general banking and commodities
