Job Summary
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts for game providers, sportsbooks, payment services, and IT agreements. Advise on regulatory, commercial, and employment matters within the iGaming industry, including content, advertising, and data processing. Conduct multi-national regulatory research to monitor developments and train stakeholders on implementation changes. Assist with due diligence, develop risk management mechanisms, and maintain intellectual property portfolios for trademarks and domains. Review policies and procedures while driving the ethical adoption of generative AI tools within the legal team.
Required Qualifications
- Law degree (LLB, Master's in Law, or equivalent) from a recognised EU university
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant, hands-on legal experience advising within the fast-paced iGaming industry
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in IP Strategy implementation and IP law
