Job Summary
Review and negotiate contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements while partnering with sales, finance, and delivery teams on deal execution. Evaluate and prioritize legal risk against business outcomes, then build and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks. Support compliance areas covering data privacy, employment, and cross-border basics to contribute to legal operations efficiency through standardization and simplification. This early-career role requires a US citizen or GC holder with 0–2 years of corporate law experience, top-tier law school graduation, and exposure to contract drafting. Candidates must demonstrate structured thinking, communication clarity, and experience working with AI tools. The position offers a fast-track path to business-aligned legal leadership within a global team focused on operating as a business enabler.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years' experience in corporate law (contracts-focused)
- Graduate from a top-tier law school
- Exposure to contract drafting/review through internships or early roles
- Strong structured thinking and communication clarity
- Should be able to demonstrate experience working with AI tools
- A qualified lawyer
- Willingness to work out of office
- US Citizen/GC holder
