Job Summary
Support all aspects of litigation and claims, including commercial disputes, product liability matters, and other legal proceedings, by developing and implementing litigation strategy, managing outside counsel, overseeing case management, and monitoring legal budgets. Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including contracts, marketing, and regulatory compliance. Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures and provide legal training to business clients. This Legal Counsel role supports the Bosch Home Comfort division in North America and requires a Juris Doctor admitted to practice law in Texas with at least seven years of experience. Indefinite U.S. work authorization is required; future sponsorship is unavailable.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
