Job Summary
Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to stakeholders across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, covering labour, commercial, contract, and real estate matters. Negotiate, write, and review local and pan-Baltic agreements while developing internal policies, templates, and training programs for relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with the broader IKEA Baltic legal team to align country agendas and communicate with external regulators and authorities. Conduct work with integrity and responsibility within a cohesive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- at least three years' experience as a Lawyer / In-house Legal Counsel
- University Degree in Law
- Excellent knowledge of Estonian language
- ability to work in English (fluent spoken and written English)
