Job Summary
Legal Counsel Associate in-house role (12-18 month maternity cover) focusing on commercial contracting and corporate compliance. Owns the end-to-end legal intake, drafts/reviews/negotiates a wide range of commercial agreements (customer, vendor, partnership) and NDAs; collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive commercially sound outcomes; supports contract templates with Revenue Operations; maintains compliance calendars and regulatory filings across operating jurisdictions; gains experience in privacy, data protection, and IP, with potential expansion into governance and employment matters. Requires a Law degree (JD or equivalent) and a valid licence to practise; hybrid work model based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
