Legal Counsel

Job Summary
Advise on commercial, marketing, advertising, brand, sustainability, supply chain, and AI legal matters across global operations. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including wholesale agreements, brand partnerships, and supplier terms. Support marketplace arrangements, influencer agreements, and regulatory compliance for campaigns and consumer-facing promotions. Identify risks requiring escalation and manage critical projects while building relationships with internal stakeholders and external counsel. Identify needs for external legal advice and deliver training on relevant legal issues. Report to the Head of Legal or Senior Counsel, working closely with senior team members to drive projects forward.
Required Qualifications
- PQE Qualified Solicitor
- General commercial legal experience assisting in negotiating and advising on commercial contracts gained from private practice or in-house positions
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, growing, agile, adaptable in-house commercial environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be adaptable and cope with change quickly
- Enthusiasm for AI technologies
