Job Summary
Provide high-quality, timely, and solutions-focused legal advice across Anglicare's organisation, including specialist guidance across commercial and corporate law, property, building and construction matters, regulatory compliance, and aged care/retirement living. Draft and advise on contracts, agreements, policies and legal documentation; partner with Property, Corporate, Finance, Retirement Living, Aged Care and Housing teams; monitor legislative and regulatory changes; collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal providers; contribute to advocacy initiatives and organisational responses to legal developments. Requires a current NSW practising certificate, tertiary qualifications in Law, and 1 to 5 years post-admission experience; role involves partnering across multiple teams to enable compliant and effective decision-making in a complex organisation.
Required Qualifications
- A current NSW practising certificate

- 1 to 5 years post-admission experience
- Experience in private practice and/or in-house legal environments
- Exposure to corporate/commercial, property, construction or regulatory law
