Job Summary
Legal Counsel for Hospitality Travel Intelligence unit responsible for providing first-level legal advisory, supporting partnerships, data governance and commercial contracting (SaaS, data licensing, technology partnerships, data distribution). Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, advise on regulatory/compliance frameworks, support product launches and GTM strategies, manage legal aspects of partner/vendor relationships, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, lead on compliance, data privacy, and data governance for Travel Intelligence, and act as trusted advisor to cross-functional teams across product, sales, finance, R&D, operations, and risk/compliance. Requires strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills with 10+ years PQE and a law degree; fluent English; familiarity with SaaS, data governance, and regulatory frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with 10+ years PQE
- Strong experience in commercial, IT, SaaS or data-related contracts
- Background in law firm and/or in-house environment
- Experience in complex negotiations and stakeholder management
- Education: Law degree (LLM is a plus)
