Legal Counsel

Provide comprehensive legal and compliance support to APAC Airbus entities, with a focus on Malaysia. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements for aviation services, procurement, real estate, and compliance-related contracts. Assess legal implications for business stakeholders to identify and manage short-term and long-term risks. Coordinate with outside counsel, tax, finance, and other functions on acquisitions, re-organizations, and litigation matters. Monitor compliance of transactions with applicable laws, manage corporate secretarial documentation, and conduct risk-based training for business partners and employees. Support compliance investigations, process whistle-blowing reports, and assist in the roll-out of anti-corruption policies and due diligence monitoring.
