Job Summary
Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts for vendors, affiliates, and partnerships while preparing and updating internal policies aligned with legal standards. Maintain accurate legal documentation and advise on compliance with gambling regulations, data protection, and industry-specific laws. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, handle customer claims, and support intellectual property protection including copyrights and trademarks. Stay updated on international gambling law changes and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders. This role supports day-to-day business operations and complex external legal disputes. Fully remote, hybrid, or office-based work is available.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Law, from an accredited institution
- minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, including international business exposure
- at least 1 year of experience working specifically with SaaS models
- strong spoken and written English language skills
- meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in legal documents and processes
- strong researching skills to stay up-to-date with legal requirements and industry trends
Desired Qualifications
- experience with intellectual property (IP) is a plus
