Job Summary
The Legal Contract Manager will oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management across physician, hospital, vendor, and payer-related documents. Responsibilities include maintaining contract records in Salesforce, tracking milestones, renewals, and expiration dates; coordinating between internal departments and external stakeholders; preparing, routing, and organizing contracts; ensuring timely approvals and audit-ready documentation; generating status reports; maintaining templates and process consistency; and supporting audits, onboarding, and operational requests. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills and a proactive approach to improving administrative workflows in a healthcare/telemedicine environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Three or more years of experience in administrative coordination, contract administration, project coordination, operations support, or a related business support role.
- Experience working with Salesforce, CRM platforms, contract management systems, or other workflow tracking tools.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and administrative processes in a fast-paced business environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion.
