Act as a trusted legal contact to clients, supporting the governance and regulatory compliance of pension funds and group insurance markets. Prepare legal analyses, compliance reports, and governance documentation while ensuring adherence to evolving Belgian and European regulations, including DORA. Participate in client meetings to present regulatory developments and provide practical recommendations for projects such as mergers, portfolio transfers, and new framework implementations. Monitor legal changes and translate them into clear guidance for internal teams and external authorities like the FSMA. Collaborate with consultants, pension administration teams, and industry working groups, while delivering training sessions and contributing to knowledge sharing.
