Job Summary
Deliver day-to-day legal support for commercial operations across multiple jurisdictions, including corporate and cross-border matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and related documentation. Provide support on strategic business initiatives from a legal perspective. Collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment to anticipate and manage legal risk. Flexible working arrangement with remote, onsite or hybrid options depending on client requirements in the fintech/payments sector.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with 4–8+ years PQE
- inhouse/law firm experience in payments or fintech
- proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
