Legal Consultant - Legal Tech Project Manager

Job Summary
Legal Consultant to work with law firms and legal department clients to support adoption of NetDocuments' platform and AI capabilities — helping attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations professionals understand, embrace, and effectively use the tools that are reshaping how legal work gets done. Facilitate training webinars, onboarding sessions, and workflow workshops; develop training content, adoption guides, and enablement resources; monitor client adoption metrics and engagement data; respond to client enablement inquiries; build deep knowledge of the NetDocuments platform and AI features; contribute to internal playbooks and templates; travel up to 10% to client sites and team events. Must have Legal experience, Legal Tech experience and knowledge of AI tools. 2+ years of experience in relevant fields or a JD; strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills; experience with LegalTech platforms or Microsoft 365 is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, legal consulting, or a related field — or a JD with meaningful interest in legal technology and a desire to move into a non-traditional legal career
