Job Summary
Negotiate and draft national and international IT and AI contracts, including SaaS, cloud, and service agreements. Accompany internal stakeholders and international partners on complex legal questions regarding GDPR, AI regulations, and compliance risks. Manage data processing registers, internal compliance structures, and legal tech implementations. Train employees on data protection, support incident responses, and collaborate with regulatory authorities on DSFA and transfer impact assessments. Develop and evaluate AI policies, terms of use, and governance frameworks for LLMs and training data.
Required Qualifications
- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Legal Consultant und Datenschutzexperte oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Relevante Berufserfahrung im Datenschutzrecht (z. B. Kanzlei, Unternehmen, Verband)
- sichere Kenntnissen im EU-Datenschutzrecht (DSGVO, ePrivacy, SCCs, TIA)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und IT-Recht
- Juristischer Background mit mindestens erstem Staatsexamen oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrungen mit KI-Recht (z. B. rechtliche Bewertung von Trainingsdaten, Bias, Transparenz)
- Internationale Erfahrungen, z.B. US-SaaS-Anbieter im europäischen Kontext, von Vorteil
