Job Summary
Draft and review sale and purchase agreements, assignments, and related documents for day-to-day project conveyancing. Support first-hand sales projects to ensure compliance with the First-hand Sales Ordinance, and prepare key documents including pre-sale consents, deeds of mutual covenant, and leasing agreements. Advise on land titles, tenders, and joint ventures while handling files from start to finish. Requires minimum 2+ PQE in property conveyancing, fluent English and Cantonese, and independent working capability. Offers work arrangement flexibility and access to professional development resources.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 + PQE from in-house or law firms with strong hands-on experience in property / project conveyancing, especially residential developments
- Solid working knowledge of the Hong Kong Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
- Able to work independently, handle files from start to finish, and communicate well with stakeholders
- Fluent English and Cantonese
- Possessing the necessary legal authorization to work
