Job Summary
Lead the Legal, Compliance & SHE team within the Pharmaceutical Division, developing leadership methodologies and ensuring alignment across two business units. Proactively identify risks and opportunities while guaranteeing adherence to Ecuadorian legislation and internal policies. Manage legal cases to mitigate risk, review contracts and new business models, and coordinate local compliance efforts including the Code of Conduct. Drive synergy through ONE ROCHE initiatives and oversee monitoring of audits and controls to foster a robust compliance culture. Requires a third-level law degree, five years in pharmaceutical legal roles, and advanced English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Título de tercer nivel de Abogado
- Experiencia relevante de al menos 5 años en posiciones similares para la industria farmacéutica
- Conocimiento avanzado del idioma inglés
